Court adopts 1 credit CLE requirement in Mental Health and Substance Use
Beginning with the 2025 reporting period, lawyers will be required to report at least one credit on the topic of mental health and substance use in the legal profession and the practice of law each reporting cycle. More details available on the Board's website.
